Thanks for quite comfortable stay in winter time and near to the center of Akureyri and the sea and supermarket. Good to have hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and towels in the bathroom. This new apartment is based close to the airport.

This place was fairly clean and modern and had a good setting close to the Botanical Garden, hot tub, town center, and mountains.

The accommodation was beautiful, big and brand-new rooms. Rooms here were equipped with terrace and all comforts, as for instance. Location was good, not too far from Hot tubes.

Amazing accommodation with views of the ocean and mountains, loved it. Location was ENJOYABLE and amazing, close enough to a hill, restaurants and attractions and the botanical gardens. Overall had a great experience for the price.

The staff were excellent in all circumstances, I loved them all. It was marvellous in the hills overlooking the water at Akureyri.

I had a wonderful stay at an apartment in a cozy and quiet location. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing me to save money by cooking my own meals. The complimentary laundry facility was a great bonus. Palina, the manager, provided excellent customer service and was very helpful. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Saeluhus Apartments & Houses.

We had a fantastic stay very close to the city center and surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Iceland, the staff was friendly, and we definitely plan on coming back.

In general, it’s wonderful base for staying in Akureyri. Staff is amicable and extremely helpful. There's views of the mountain. The place is short walk to a supermarket and the Botanical Gardens, the city centre, and the downtown area. Looking forward to my next perfect 10/10 stay in this apartment for the price.

It’s a new apartment with individual rooms and views of the ocean and mountains. Building is nice, everything is fairly clean. Amiable and excellent property's staff.

Enjoyed how clean the place was. Their room was well-equipped and good-sized and complete with comfortable kitchen, good view, for example.

The apartments and houses are a great value for the price. The location is convenient, being close to the city center, Akureyri, and the beautiful botanical gardens. The accommodation is excellent, with a balcony offering views to downtown, and the water at Akureyri. The staff is amazing and provides wonderful personal service.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right at the city centre, making it convenient to explore the area. the room we stayed in was warm and cosy, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day out. the apartment was also clean and well-presented, with a kitchenette that had all the necessary cooking facilities. the view from the apartment was fantastic, offering a picturesque sight of the surrounding fjord.

The shower design could have been better, as the floor would get quite wet even when the shower doors were closed properly. This made using the toilet a bit troublesome.

The accommodation was impressive, brand new, and conveniently located within walking distance of the city center and the local church, just as I had hoped.
